The Ultimate edition also includes VIP subscriptions, Car Pass and Bond packages and Formula Drift vehicle formulas. Buying all this content is more expensive than the $100 Ultimate Edition.

If you have passed Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition XBOX LIVE Key for the Ultimate Edition for $100, it does not make sense.

Any additional content provided by Ultimate Edition can be purchased separately in the $50 Ultimate Add-ons add-ons package. It's a bit more than the total cost of Ultimate Edition, but it's still your best bet if you have DLC extensions and you already own the game.
