Review of Dirt Rally 2.0
Oct. 14, 2020

2020 marks the 25th anniversary of the WRC's victory, which was once again greeted with special Absolute Rally podcast episodes and an article by Chris Harris on Top Gear.

Colin McRae Rally's original developers Codemasters just released the new "Colin McRae: FLAT OUT" DLC pack for Dirt Rally 2.0 in time. It restores Colin's career in motorsport and brings 40 new challenges with two new cars and a new stage in the form of Scotland.

If you have any of the Season Pass permutations or if you have purchased the Dirt Rally 2.0 Game of the Year, Deluxe Edition or Super Deluxe Edition, this add-on It's free.

At the tribute events, it will gather around the world in chronological order, divided into four different eras. Former rally driver and current rallycross journalist Andrew Coley, beginning in 1984 and ending in 2006, gave a moving introduction to each section and how the scenarios represent a moment in the athletic career of Scotland's most successful rally driver.

The new stops in Perth and Kinross are impressive. Narrow, difficult, and fast, the area is littered with defective tree trunks and deep ditches to catch the unsuspecting. The faster sections go through wooded roads, which increases the feeling of speed.

The new cars with which you will participate in these rallies are the Subaru Legacy RS and the Subaru Impreza S4. I think there is nothing more iconic in rallying than the distinctive sound of a heritage roaring through the British moors.

These new vehicles will be used in conjunction with the existing cars in the game that Colin was driving, now with the appropriate colors.
